For the second time Chemelco participated in the 15th African Dairy Conference & Exhibition from August 14-16, 2019 at KICC, Nairobi, Kenya.
The African Dairy Conference and Exhibition is undoubtedly the largest and most comprehensive Dairy Sector event in Africa and beyond. Providing a conducive platform for dairy enthusiasts through fully integrated sessions, workshops and social activities which guarantee all a definite return on investment.
We were pleased to be present at a speaker event representing the latestinnovative products from our principal Avebe. Three key topics were presented:
- Binding Whey: 4 times more product output from the same amount of milk
- Optimizing production waste into new product
- Modified starch for slow melting Ice-cream
Further, during the exhibition, we were able to present our complete dairy portfolio offering a wide range of products both specialties and single ingredients such as flavourings, colorants, preservatives, stabilizers, texturizers, sweeteners, fruit inclusions, antioxidants and vitamins.
