10th March 2020, Chemelco Food Tech exhibited at Summit Ingredients 2020, in San José, Costa Rica in order to promote our food tech solutions in the market. This fair is organized by Cacia, the Costa Rican Chamber of Food Industry and it focuses on innovation and renewed product portfolios, mainly addressing businesses from the food and beverage industry.
During this event our Food Technologist conducted a conference about natural solutions, presenting a range of our innovative products which follow the latest trends in the food industry. Consumers are more than ever conscious of the importance of following a healthy diet and having this in mind, we shared our knowledge of innovative solutions with a focus on taste and texture.
We focused on different natural solutions for the following market demands:
- Salt and sugar reduction
- MSG replacement
- Natural taste enhancers
- Vegan products
We were able to explain the benefits and advantages of using our ingredients and help understand how can they contribute to achieving a higher profitability and improvement of their products.
